Title: problem installation in xamp.help please

Hello. I always in xamp installing the last version dione I have this error:

Notice: spl_autoload_register(): Argument #2 ($do_throw) has been ignored, spl_autoload_register() will always throw in C:\xampp\htdocs\elxis\includes\loader.php on line 173

this is the first time I  have this error. :-[

Oooops! I guess you use PHP 8. Elxis has not yet been tested with this version of PHP. Can you use PHP 7?
The problem can be easily solved but I advise you to use PHP7 as Elxis has not yet been tested with PHP 8.
