I face the following issue:: In Aero (1.2), i setup one appointment type to be able to accept 2 seats per timeslot.
Then, when a customer tries to book for that type of appointment, the system gives him a message "Action failed. internal server Error".
However, it seems to me that the timeslot should be booked because i can see it in the reservations (eventhough customer thinks that it is not booked because of message).

Please as contact with IsOpenSource. You may have found a bug or there is an issue with configuration.

As long as you see it in reservations the booking has been made successfully. What fails is something that comes after the reservation. Internal server error means that there is a PHP fatal error. A common reason is failure in sending email notifications due to wrong email setup. Go to Elxis administration > Site > Logs and see the error log. Copy-paste here the relative error message to get more help.

I see what you mean. It could probably be a temp fail in something like the sending of email notifications at that time , and this could return a -1 value
and cause such message -internal server error. ( but i dont remember to see this behaviour at that time with other appointment types as well... ).
Anyway the setup was changed and they have put, instead of 2 simultaneous timeslots at the same time, 1 ts and another one 5 minutes later in their schedule. This is how they prefer it.
If it happens again we check it thanks
