Looks like there is a typo error. A bracket is missing.

Until datahell fix it later on the elxis distribution, you can open file includes/js/elxis.js

In line 1120, after function elx5ModalMessageShow add a bracet }

If I try to save any change in a frontpage content module I get the error attached.

Actually, not just in modules. If I open any category or any article and click APPLY, I get the same error.

Sorry for the trouble!!!! The problem has already been fixed and it was exactly the one you show here.
@michalis1984: Thank you for helping the users solve the problem.


I will post some information later for the new Elxis release. You can safely update now to 5.2, the fixed revision is 2402.

There is another problem with articles.

If you edit an article and try to save it, you receive an error message:

"Unacceptable character in Post
Reference code: SEC-DEFB-0008"

If you create a new article, you can't save it.

Same when trying to create a new content module. Even if it includes only some text.

I know, I also noticed that. This is because we improved Elxis Defender scanning inside arrays of variables in POST and has become more sensitive. One of the general filters gets triggered wrongly (false alarm). Disable Defender, edit your articles and when finish then re-enable it. We will fix it, don't worry ;-)
