What precisely is in the "box"? And /or what else is needed?
The aim: having a complete single hotel room management:
- can be integrated with the eria template on elxis 4.6?
- the rooms, category , prices, occupied by no of customers, calendar, description, prices, possible some photos
- STEP 1; potential customers can choose from the free rooms online, book , STEP 2; if hotel confirms, the room for period x is booked - after confirmation, is blocked for customers, only hotel can add/change ...
* ideally; rooms to clean, status ready for check-in (now), rooms can be changed, additional charges can be added, e.g. drinks, laundry? - added by hotel and customers can view?
The overall description and demo is for me quite vague. the demo is for multiple locations- need only ONE.
It could become an add-on for a customer.
Anyone please can confirm please the above available options possible or can let me have a look into a working system? Maybe even do a test run?

For hotel solution you need ios reservations (which is the core for many ios products) + iosr hotels.
You can have just 1 hotel for example like this http://iosr4.isopensource2.com/reservations/hotels/it/lazio/rome/hotel-smirolo.html
The user can select dates and see the rooms availability.
Try to login at the backend to see available options http://iosr4.isopensource2.com/information/access-details.html

may thanks. I never looked that deep into this, as its not my business.
I have now all your links checked out. Looks not suitable for my customer. To many missing functions will not convince him for upgrading.
He is with his spreadsheets better off
