About a year passed since Elxis 4.6 release and no updated version has been released yet. It was scheduled to release Elxis 4.7 in September 2018 but, instead, we will release Elxis 5.0 with a delay. Many changes have already been done in Elxis 4.6, mostly small fixes, library updates and improvements which was scheduled to be published in Elxis 4.7. These updates will become available in Elxis 5.0. What to expect in Elxis 5.0? We will come back later soon for that, be patient (*). As you can guest, from the product family number change (4 to 5), expect big changes! But dont worry, we will try to keep all changes backwards compatible so old extensions will continue working with Elxis 5.x.

The first (development) package of Elxis 5.0 created today. Elxis administration, installer and system libraries are almost complete. We will continue working on the frontend section.
