Title: a module for a marque

Hello all,

Do any of the extensions for 4.x have a marque function.  Someone has asked me about this and sent me this page as an example.

Module Scroller (https://www.elxis.net/edc/effects/68.html) has such function and by the way I am preparing an update of this, for scrolling also, among other and important articles.
