Hello all,
I was just updating some text regarding cookies and wanted to include the link for another language but there is no provision for it.
The module title accepts a second language in the basic settings tab but not the parameters tab for the link.

Are you using an Elxis URI (content:something.html) or an external url? If you using an Elxis URI, you can keep the same link and translate only the article. So when the language of the site changes will appear automatically and the translation.
If you use an external url, well then it would be to have only one article in English .
Otherwise how change in the correct language will be done automatically?

@farmville450 +1 point ;D
For internal Elxis links use Elxis URI (content:test.html), not URL (http://www.example.com/test.html).

Works great! Thanks to all.
