Title: Can't complete payment on Offline Credit card

My site has already SSL Certifcate activated.
I am tring to make reservation with Offline CC activated, but after i fill all the customers details and check the cancelation policy, click Reserve and :
Error
Reservation Failed!
This page can be accessed only via the secure HTTPS protocol.

Actually during all the fases of custumers details, the https it is activated, and I dont know why it is not activated, when the Credit Card Forms needs to be showen(http://www.mydomain.com/reservations/hotels/makebook.html)

This problem has been fixed since March 24, 2014 (revision 738). I applied this fix to your site.
