Hello just to informs you that PFM development never stop :) and will be relased as final in one week.
Meantime we have squized many bug and are added many usefull feature :
We have got 3 big improvement :
1) Support for paypal. Now you form can be used to do transaction using Paypal module. Other payment module will be taken in exam if needed
2) New Field type:Georeferencing . Now when user submit a form can insert their geolocation too.
3) Newsletter support: Is another big feature that let the administrator send newsletter to all the users that submitted a form and can do this according filters and "customizing" newsletter template taking info from field of the submitted form.
This 3 feature going to complete our product that has already a lot of wonderfull feature for building and manage very complex forms.
Here some feature present in the package:
- Support for Import / Export Forms from Akforms too.
- Excel export of Form data stored and order received
- Support for Conditional logic
- Support for Math field were you can add math functions
- Support for Dropdown, Checkbox, text Input, email (with validation), textbox, radio, autoinc, and many other.

Hello Tom, Yes you can display on frontend the stored data and this is not the only feature.
According to users privileges submitted form can be edited, printed, deleted (users that should manage submitted forms must be registered users) .

yes ... is like having a php app maker.
I suggest you to give a look at www.algostream.it. There you can find some forms as working example.
Take note that this form are REAL form currently used in REAL application :).
Please explain me better what you want to achieve using PFM. Seems that you need something like a ticket system.
If this is your need, yes you can build a simple ticket system using PFM.
