Title: problem in menu items and assigning modules

iam looking for help please

one of the websites using Elxis 2009.3 had a strange issue that i never seen before

when adding new menu item to mainmenu and go then go to modules and try to assign a module to this menu item i do not find it under the mainmenu items from the assigning tab of the module

actually i don't know why or what to do

any one can help please ?

after some time i figured out that the placeholder and all the menu items under it do not appears in the module assigning tab

Just in case, perform a language fix (Admin > Tools > Fix language).
If this is not the case check you parent menu item settings (language, publish status and access level).
