Title: email reservations

When a customer makes a reservation, the system sends the hotelier two emails: one that indicates the reservation and a payment has been made, but instead get only the email administrator of booking.
I would like to know if the email can be addressed to the administrator of the payment or even better send the payment confirmation only to the administrator and to the innkeeper.
