Title: Payment module not loading

We migrated the IOSR v3.6 into a new server.  Now the problem we are facing is that the payment module (when it pops up) is not loading (just an empty screen).  I am referring to this link:
http://name.com/administrator/index3.php?option=com_reservations&task=editpay&module=paypal&hid=126

I dont know what is going on.  Does anyone have any similar problem and have any solutions for it?  Thanks in advance for the help.

Most probably index3.php doesn't work due to wrong permissions on the file.
Chmod files to 644 and parent folders to 755.

cant seem to find where the index3.php is.  What would be the default directory for this?

I am actually also having issues with some buttons. 

For example, in the price rates tab of rooms module, if I click on "add" nothing is happening (it is not adding a new line).  But it used to work before.

and, in Hotels, when I click on "Suggested SEO title", nothing is happening as well.

Could these be permission problems as well?

So, index3.php is here: administrator/index3.php

"Suggested SEO title" doesnt work for the same reason. Do what I told you.

Hi Datahell,

We have set the permission exactly like you said for index3.php but there is still no change.  Could there be anything else we can update/modify?  Thanks.

No you didn't do exactly what I said.

Don't waste your time on anything else, it is due to wrong permissions. Chmod parent folders to 755 and the problem will gone.

Hi Datahell,

Sorry but we changed permission to the file and the parent folder and the payments module page is still not loading.  We even changed it to 777 (for both parent folder and the file but still not loading.  I really dont know what is going on. If there is no other solution then we can just enter data directly on the table. 

For the payment module, do we enter data on  the res_paymodules table.  Could you just assist us on what values we need to enter in the fields.  Thanks for your assistance.

I don't understand, what you mean you "enter data to res_paymodules table"????
There is an interface where you add/edit payment methods. This is in the hotel's edit page and has help for each field. Don't you use that one?
