Title: some fixes to do in some standard modules of elxis4

mod_ads
option image not works under multisite  :-\

missing css-suffix
u can fix opening mod_ads.xml and add
<param type="text" name="css_sfx" default="" dir="ltr" label="CSS_SUFFIX" description="CSS_SUFFIX_D" />

mod_categories

<param type="text" name="css_sfx" default="" dir="ltr" label="CSS_SUFFIX" description="CSS_SUFFIX_D" />

Module ads: Image ads already fixed in 4.1 rev141. CSS suffix: not needed

Module categories: CSS suffix: added parameter css_sfx
