Title: info about elxis team members

hi i started new site named gnuteams.com and i try to collect data from opensource teams there i alredy added elxis team document from the site but there is no information about the core team members like datahell
first of all i want to konow are you interested to be listed there and also
what do you think about the site beacuse i start it today and im not even sure about what platform to use as content managment on this site i used MODx but still cant figure it out its not handy like elxis
and i planning to start 3 more websites named elxispersian.com and linuxteams.com and i want to install elxis on them is this could make problem in future if i want sync some data between this 3 sites ?
and is there any way to run elxis with interface like modx ?

i think i should forgot modx its not what i want  :-\  is there any free directory planed to port on elxis?

So... why dont you use ELXIS ?

i plan to install elxis on it now
i use Modx just because Ajax

Reza,

This is a good idea. I always wanted to be a site that you can learn about the people behind open source projects.

It would be also nice to also add the history behind each project. How it started, why it started, how it is evolving.

I think that a site like that can be evolved into a live tech-history book. So it is very important. So you should realize in what are you getting into and try to implement it correctly.

Hi Reza,

Great idea! Hope you realize what you're into and will be able to keep that site for long enough time to gather a team that would be able to keep it alive for the times to come.  It would be a geat contribution to all OS community. Good luck!

thanks guys for your support i planed to use elxis on gnuteams.com and now i just can start english and persian language and i will be glad if any one who interested to get involved join me to compelte it and if its possible have it on on other languages like greek . also if you submit information about your team i will add it one the site .
about history of teams its very good idea but i know only few of them like mambo joomla xoops dotproject and ipcop team history cause im not involved on other projects so if any one could help me its could be very nice

Hi Reza,

A "reporter" must not be involved in order to get the right info.
He has to be "abstract" of any info he is provided with.
He is the medium. Not the source.
