Hello all,
Today while showing someone the templates that are available in the download area I had an unpleasant surprise.
I would like to ask all the team members to check their websites that are displaying templates because one of them, sorry I don't remember which, was caught by avast as having a virus. Please remember that programs using js can carry viruses if your system had one.
Thank you.

You are talking about Elxis 2009.x or 4x? Also which template? Avast may displayed an htc, file some users use, on their templates as suspicious .

Templates from the download area but the virus is at someone's website that shows a demo.

Which "download area" and which template?????

I just finished checking all the links.
virus link
ht-restaurant
Finally, this was the only link with a virus on their site.
dead links - visit - demo

Many of the demo links do not display the templates at the designer's site. It appears that they are not using the correct link to display their template which means that anyone who wants to see the template will have to download and install.
You might want to send them an email to update their links or to have all the templates installed at the demo site.
