Title: Language Lessons
Post by: hakangur on November 09, 2012, 14:22:59
An English-Turkish website for foreign languages. The site was built upon Elxis 4.0. It is a "multi-language" multi-site, built upon standard templates.

www.dildersleri.gen.tr (http://www.dildersleri.gen.tr)

("Child" sites are: www.dildersleri.gen.tr/hexe (http://www.dildersleri.gen.tr/hexe) and www.dildersleri.gen.tr/thechatterbox (http://www.dildersleri.gen.tr/thechatterbox))

You have lots of work to do. What i see is the default layout, with minor modifications - relevant to data!

and don't forget, you have used a Beta version of Elxis CMS 4.x

It is not my intention to enhance the physical layout of the website so that it will attract more visitors. I believe the content should do that.

As for the fact that I am using the Beta version, I am aware that there may be security issues concerned. Yet, Elxis 4.0 is so much relevant to my concept of what a CMS should be that I thought, "Well, any CMS can be hacked this way or other, no matter how strong security measures are, so why not take the risk!"

Elxis 4.x had no security issues on both alpha and beta versions.
The bugs we fixed were related to other topics, not security.

That's a big relief, thank you.
