Title: Coode returning wrong link string

I am using Elxis and IOSReservations and it as working OK ready to set up. Suddenly it started returning the following code to links from the front page
<li><a href="http://www.arta.com.au/elxis/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,17/" title="Home" class="mainlevel-nav">Home</a></li>
<li><a href="http://www.arta.com.au/elxis/component/option,com_weblinks/Itemid,18/" title="Links" class="mainlevel-nav">Links</a></li>
<li><a href="http://www.arta.com.au/elxis/component/option,com_contact/task,view/contact_id,1/Itemid,19/" title="Contact us" class="mainlevel-nav">Contact us</a></li>

Between 'option' and 'com' there should be an '='  not a 'comma'. Can someone tell me where I can correct this in the code or what doc to replace to fix it.

Go to elxis configuration and change SEF setting from SEO Basic to SEO PRO!
