Title: new instalation - site does not open(solved)

installs the new version, everything went well, removed the directory installer, go to a home page and
site does not open
first site was opened, after creating a subdomain
DNS servers may not have updated data, but the installation goes smoothly, the homepage opened index.html

There is a fatal php error not showing. See the apache's error log to find out what's happening.

trivial error - all the file names in lowercase ;D
forgot to remove the checkmark in the options when dawnload ::)
