When i try publish new material i am able choose only 1 category - newsflash. In moment i have lots of categories and sections, but for new content are able just only 1 - newsflash. If i want change category and section i should do this in admin console.
Is it posible fix this issue???

First of all, use the updiag for errors and then fix language from the Admin -> tools section.

I fixed language, there all was OK, but what's mean updiag and where i can find this animal????

OK, i get it, but i have not idea how i should it install in site. I didn't find any instructions, and in elxis i didn't saw installations posibilities for tools.

No problem, you just have to upload the entire folder under the Admin -> tools folder with FTP.

Are you trying to publish new material from the public side or using the administrator's side?

Eliasan, has clear mind between my mind right now (I am in the middle of server transfer & new customer Elxis installation).
He is correct, if you try to publish from the public side, (with the current version) you can publish only at one section & category. ( I hope so at the next version that will be fix it).

I tryed publish from public side us registered user - from publisher user group.
OK that's mean if any of my registered user post anything, thay are able just post in newsflash ??? right??? After this superadmins should put item in correct section and directory.
Is it right???

No, you can change it from the link, you just have to edit and set the section & category number (item number).

Negative!!
By default, the "Submit News" menu item publishes new content into Section 2. That is the Newsflash section.
Newsflash section has only one category. That is why you see only one category.
You can select the section/categories used for allowing members to publish to, by modifying the sectionid parameter found on menu item's URL.
The default is:
index.php?option=com_content&task=new§ionid=2&Itemid=0
Just change it to the one that reflects the right section.

I think it's too complicated for my users. Where i can change default parametrs, that allow new items post not in
index.php?option=com_content&task=new§ionid=2&Itemid=0
but for example in
index.php?option=com_content&task=new§ionid=3&Itemid=0

Menu -> usermenu
Click on "Submit News".
Modify "Link".
Save changes.
Done!
