Every time IOS check the User's information before any reservation is asking me my personal info without saving from last time.
How to fix?

ALSO your elxis seems to need Re-installation... it seems that it have various malfunctions
for example a failed attempt to login the site will throw you here-> http://www.petbooking.it/includes/systemplates/login.php which is wrong

That's the reason why in the example link i don't have put my site address. Is necessary to view? It's not enough to understand what i mean my post? our company has choose to leave the site offline, we decided to give individual account to elxis staff everytime they realy need, cause of some important information that we prefer to do not give at the moment but only when we are ready.
how can somebody help you?

what the hell is this link? What's happen? What can I do? The best way without reinstalling? there's no way to overwrite any corrupted files?

Sorry that scared you out... but it just throwed me there with a blank page and No alert-message that pass or user is wrong...
Now somehow throwing the expected alert message... do you made any modifications in the mind-time or just this happened to me..?

Checked with updiag your elxis core-files and found that is ok... no problem except:
index2.php and 2-3 images that have been modified and an index.html missing in tmpr folder

I have not found any problem with your ios-res and user-info auto-retrieve from database wile trying to make a book!
it found the user info and added in the form fields
look at the pic ... are we talking about this?

Yes, now you have inserted your address and your phone information. try to do it again and IOSR will ask you again those information in blank fields. Is that normal?

I don't realy understand if is at the moment right or not that there's a little redirection on includes/systemplates/login.php or was only the missing alert that make warried. Anyway no modification in the mean time..

No.... you added them when made this account i haven't ever add anything there.... what you see coming directly from database

ahaa maybe is my browser that automatically fill in the form with the basilar information name and surname? or not?

I don't think, i dont' understand if is coming from database or not. If yes is not working as also an update of the information that would be great, if no... ok.
