Hallo again,
when i try to send the newsletter that i see from the preview, so I choose to send it only to the group of administrator that in the list of subscriber if selected give 4 users.
Ok send -> error message in a pop-up: No valid recipients found!
All the 4 users got a valid e-mail address.
What's the problem?

This message is displayed in cases that :
1. There is no Subscribers on our system.
2. The Subscribers has not been confirmed by us.
Just verify if you have confirmed that Subscribers . ;)

What was the difference between my action and your? what have you change? all confirmed, all italian, language non selected. what's wrong?
Why the content is different from the template sended? The template doesn't automaticaly take the news when i written it in html or simple text?
How can I send my right newsletter?

I saw our mail sended, and all the recipients are clearly reported in the mail. I possible to use bcc instead of at?

Take a look at Newsletter configuration.
I disabled the SMTP way of sending mails and i activate the PHP Mail function.

How about to save the attached file into your server folder and provide the url of that file via Newsletter.;)

Answer? Read carefully my mate. I thought that it's easy to answer it by yourself.
task : Configuration - Component : IOS Newsletter
Parameter : One per recipient
Description : Send one message per recipient. Works only if send method is PHP Mail! If this is enabled, IOS Newsletters will sent one e-mail per recipient. So, if you send messages to 50 people, 50 e-mails will be sent. If you use this feature lower the Recipients Per Step number. If this feature is disabled, 1 e-mail will be sent in each step for all recipients.

Ah sorry i thought that i had choose it.. understand.
Last question about the Template.. i have to made a new one? i don't understand why if i have filled the html/text field on the html preview IOSN give the default html template with the default content. i read the guide on wiki but i don't find this answer.

Because it gets the default css properties from IOS Newsletter component.
Change them components/com_newsletter/css/

If the base language of the website is NOT the same as the newsletter that you are trying to send, then you must use the FORCE-SEND.

"Could not instantiate mail function" if forced. on the wiki is written that all subscriber as to be in the same language or who is different set as "any language"

Which kind of changing on css will allow to keep text? is not maybe a php function?
Or you mean css to change the base of template? if I change the css i will erase the default information but i will not get my text inside the newsletter... right?

Don't get confused. Just edit the css file regarding the general appearance of IOS Newsletter component. It has nothing to do with your template's layout - appearance..

Sorry to interject but it would be best to start off with a simple test using either the plain text or html box.
Then after you get things working, you can move forward to using a pre made html file.
I am confused as to whether your configuration file is setup correctly or not.
If you already use php mail then you should just fill in the boxes noted with a red mark as shown at the wiki.

i'm going to understand that the component send the template that you got. so if you change the template you got your own newsletter.
But! i don't understand how to make the template as a real template. It is not taking any information from the field. only if sended by text and without choosing any template.
My question is, how the template is working? where is the php code that give the istruction to insert the text in to the template? i try to open and modify elxis-news.html and elxis-news2.html but there aren't any code inside, if i change that files elxis will only send me the template without any new text...
where are saved the created newsletter?

With IOS Newsletter you can either write a text article or you can create an html file.
So there is no need to search for php code.
At folder : administrator/components/com_newsletter/htmlfiles.
Here you can create your own HTML file. So save a file at that folder and choose - send from IOS Newsletter administrator area.
It's not a template it's a demo layout. You have to create your own.

As webgift says, you create the template file just as you would create a webpage. Then you upload it using the newsletter component.
The benefit of creating the template is to have the graphics on the server so that they do not have to be sent along with the file to the recipients.

With the word template i mean a file that will be used every time i send an e-mail. If today i will send an e-mail i will create a new newsletter and i will choose the created template.
If tomorrow an e-mail will be sent, will be choose the same template, the only changes will be the text inside but the template is the same.
In this case the template is a newsletter. I cannot create a new newsletter text and choose the template. i have to make every time a new template and upload it changing outside elxis the text inside. That's not means template. that's means create and upload your own designed newsletter that could use the same graphics but is not a template.
Or is not working properly my newsletter component.

Hello Davide,
I believe that the template that you are discussing would allow you to insert text into the html text window and that will dynamically insert that text into the pre-made template.
The current version of the newsletter template may or may not have this capability. I say this because I tested and wrote the documentation for this but I did not see any mention in the included default template file that refers to inserting text dynamically. As such I will say that this version does not have the capability but it may in the next version.

at the template is not a real template it only show you the possibility to have a formatted html mail ready-made to upload.

It's not a template it's a demo layout. You have to create your own.

I think not, try than SMTP instead of PHPMAIL

Also sounds like a php version problem. Which version of Elxis and what is the version of Php?

Sorry but Php latest can mean almost anything. 5.2, 5.3??? I will assume that you are using Elxis 2009.3. Correct me if this is wrong.
Also, the base language of the website plays an important role in how the newsletter is sent. If Russian is the base language of the website, then selecting any language is okay othewise select Russian.
As you mention using the one per recipient, try setting recipients per step = 1.
