How can show the gallery pictures and description on the new page

gallery categorys > gallery pictures > single image and description

gallery config Lightview.

Do you mean to show the component alone (without all the rest of the site) on a new window?

If i understood well by the image you posted, you just want to show into a content item all images with title and description for each one. In this case you do not need to use any component and you have to do it manually into the content item, using a table for example, where you can insert into cells the pictures with titles and descriptions. My personal opinion is to avoid this way and to show them with IOS Gallery, but it's up to your needs.

This is one of the most attractive image galleries I've seen for presenting pictures!
I would propose to have an option to show the gallery within an article...or is already possible and I don't know?

Of course you can do it using bot Easy Gallery. See instructions of use here (http://wiki.elxis.org/wiki/Easy_Gallery)
