Hi everybody,
I have a Portuguese, pt_PT, translation package ready to use.
May I put a link here?
Thanks,

Mesalti thank you very much for your translation!
I received it today. Please dont post it here. The procedure we follow is as follows:
- You send us the translation or any other software (as you did).
- We check it for errors and compatibility and we make corrections if found anything wrong.
- We publish it at elxis.org and make an announcement.
Thanks and congrutulations.

I found the same errors in your files as the most users do. You must encode your files using UTF-8 not ANSI (iso-... or windows-...) . Elxis requires everything to be utf-8. Use PsPad or Notepad++. See the attached image to understand that users without portuguese keybord support will see your translation like I do if you dont use utf-8 encoding. Elxis will also display errors. Open your files with PsPad, encode them as utf-8, save them and re-send them to us.
Thanks
