IOSR is a great piece of software but i see two things missing right now, is there a way to do this?:
1) creating a new booking on the phone by our staff with possibility to add new extra charges "on the go"
(IOSR is obviously designed for online bookings, but we have agents working on the phones as well and someone calls and try to book something, agents should be able to create a booking and add extra charges) - how do they do it? Under clients details as new customer and clients emails address, etc?
2) having percentage on top of entire booking, like credit card charge 2% of total booking price? Is it possible to have like for debit cards no charges, for credit cards handling fee 2%?

All users have different preferences, which most of them are met by the software.

IOSR v3.5 supports offline reservations and also gives you the option to set freely the prices.
Just wait about one month to upgrade to this version.
