Title: IOSR user rights

Is it possible to make a "price manager" kind of user right, so this person can only deal with hotels rates (adding,deleting,changing) but restrict his right the way so he can't mess with other settings in Admin panel or change anything else?

For example on IOSR demo site some things are blocked completely like menu manager.
Or do I have to use .htaccess in this case?

Give the hoteliers access only to edit rooms. It has the same affect.
