Had you renamed the index.php to your_disire_name.php on /administrator/ and rename_to_index.php to index.php before the update ?

Go through FTP into your administrator folder of your Elxis installation, and take a look. What php files do you see in there?

Reply back to this post, writing them down.

The files are:

index.php
index2.php
index3.php
index4.php
logout.php

index4.php should not exist. It's not an Elxis file.

So.... try accessing your site like: www.yoursiteabcdef.com/administrator/index4.php  does it work ?

If yes, rename that index4.php to something else, keep it in mind and only for you. And thats how you will log into the administration panel, from now on.
