Hi all !

is there any way, visitors should pay in order to be registered members in a site ?

Elxis supports subscriptions (http://wiki.elxis.org/wiki/Account_expiration_control) but does not include a payment system. You have to use a bot such as the Paypal Buy Now (http://www.elxis-downloads.com/downloads/e-commerce/30.html), or a component such as IOS Eshop (https://www.isopensource.com/software/ios-eshop.html), or offline payment, or an other custom solution.

If you would like something automatic or semi-automatic I could create it commercial.

ok,

my thought is, first users pay to get to registration area, in order to view content in a site.

OK, but would you like to be automatic or semi-automatic

1. to be automatic we must created a script for the payment & payment validation & give access
2. to be semi-automatic, use donation bot or eshop, Manual Validation & manual give access

in that case,

 automatic would be fine !
