Title: content into mid section of page how

there are 2 collums ,one on each side.tell me how to get content into the middle,ALSO HOW DO I MOVE THE COLUMNS TO MIDDLE SECTION. attachment

columns it's self needs you to know css-html code....

maybe you want  the blocks of text(modules) to move?
or you want to add content in order  this yellow warning to disappear?
