Title: Making adding Related Links while creating a content optional (more than 5)

The related links addon option while creating a content item is great, but at present it is limited to just 5 links and is hard coded in /administrator/components/com_content/admin_content_html.php

Can this feature be made configurable with X numbers of links or at least have 15 links in core. I can add this in above core file, but for future compatibility reason, it would be great if it gets into core. (2009.1). Also, custom positioning and styling it seems hard as the mosMainBody(); seems to be outputting the content of it.

If this feature gets into 2009.1 that would be great.
