Title: Remository 3.40

Some troubles with Encoding. I have Russian version of Elxis (UTF 8) & Remository 3.40 RUS (Windows-1251). When turned on UTF8 all content in Remository display in incorrect encoding. Please, help me.

Elxis requires everything to be utf-8 encoded. You must open remository translation files with a text editor that supports utf-8 (pspad, notepad++, notepad), save them as UTF-8 (not windows-1251) and upload them again in your site. It will fix everything.
