Title: another mysql error
Post by: balisto on October 23, 2008, 23:31:44

I have installed component "bubbles". When I create a link to bubbles component in the mainmenu everything works fine. When I create a link within usermenu it does save the link, but when I want to edit the link I get a mysql error:

Quote
mysql Error [1054] : EXECUTE
URI: index2.php?option=com_menus&menutype=usermenu&task=edit&id=107&hidemainmenu=1&type=component_item_link
Message: Unknown column 'a.link' in 'where clause'
SELECT name FROM elx_menu WHERE a.link = 'index.php?option=com_bubbles'

Hello Ballisto,

Just tried creating a menu item using component in the user menus and it worked with no problem.

If you created a LINK then it should be a COMPONENT and then select IOS BUBBLES.

Try deleting the link that you made and create a new one.
