Title: Elxis.org new intro page

Elxis.org acquired  an intro page. The intro page is being displayed only during your first and direct visit to elxis.org front-page. Hope you like it. A special script detects your language and displays this page in your own language. If automatic detection failed or your language is not supported and you see messages in english tell us to add your language!

I think it is clearer for the first time visitors to go where they want. The intro page is also multi-lingual so it is more helpful for the first time visitors. The intro page is being displayed only to humans, not to search engines. I will make one more change to it inorder not to be displayed so often.
