Title: Problems with mod_language

Hello, greatings from Latvia ...

      I changed my default CMS system form Joomla to Elxis. There everything`s is nice, just one problem / bug ...

The problem is :
 
For example i have a link http://test.lv/elxis/index.php, than, first time, when i change language ( i have 3, english, latvian and russian), everythings is OK, links changes to index.php?mylang=english and language switch works fine, but, when I want to change one more time, the links ir http://test.lv/elxis/elxis/index.php?mylang=english, and this links, ofcorse, don`t work ... i think this is global bug, not for me only, because i have default installation ... or is it possible, that my PHP settings are guilty in this  ?

Any ideas for solutions ?

Update the existing files with those in the zip attached. Tell me if the problem solved.

almost same trouble here:
I setted italian (by default) and english german and french.
When I try to switch in other languages it doubles the path I.e. .../mysite/mysite/index.php?mylang=english and ...of course it doesnt work.
I tried to overwrite the files with those attached by datahell but it did not work. The pages disappeared indeed!
Any suggestion please?
