Title: Languages Limited to 28

We are using 33 Languages in our System. But when ever I select more than 28 languages (so not all, but most of the languages) i only receive 28 selected languages. The last few are "cut off".

Is that an error in our system, or a general problem? ???

It is a "general problem" but very easy to be solved. We never thought that someone could use too many languages on a site so we limitted language fields to 255 characters (type: VARCHAR). In order to be able to add more you must modify the "language" database fields to be of type TEXT instead of VARCHAR. Login to your phpmyadmin and change VARCHAR to TEXT for these fields (db tables: categories, content, modules, sections etc). Notice that this change in db as well using too many languages will slow down a little your site. Why dont you use the "All" option instead of creating items available in 33 languages? You have an item avaiable in one language and a relative one available in 32 languages? I dont think this is a good site structure...

Yes we have items vailable in 33 languages leaving out one single language. I now that this is not the best solution, but we need it like this for the beginning.

did you make translation for 33 languages?  ???
