Title: Problem installing joomla templates

I use elxis about 6 months but this is the first time that i have a problem installing a template   :-\
I am trying to install it with several methods but all failed !!!
The message is "there is no install file : "

Anybody help???

please see your folder of template , search for index.php , is it in the root of your template ?

This is a "classic" problem. Unzip template and re-zip it with out container folder.

Notice: This fixed in Elxis 2008.

I have tried but it seems tha the XML file is not correct !!! Can i do something for this?

Open the xml file, locate the name of the folder that will be installed the template after the installation,
Create a folder with this name under the template folder and then upload the zip content inside the new folder.

Example:
Elxis Root
|
|>template
    |
    |>new folder with template name
        |
        |>zip content
