Title: Need Standart Poll

I uninstalled standart Elxis Poll because found another one. But after same time this poll started work with bug. I uninstalled this bot and would like install back standart Poll component, but i didn't found it in Elxis directory.

Where i can get Poll component?

The poll component doesn't come stand alone.

How did you remove the poll component?
Just you delete the file with ftp/ssh access or you unistall the component from the administrator section?

Unfortinatly i'm uninstalling it. But you gave me good idea - can make a changes indatabase and transfer poll component to site.

Is it OK???

I have 2 similar sites both with elxis. I will open both sites databases and will find records about Poll component. after this I will make necessary changes in database and after this uploading Poll component to Elxis directory.

Isit OK?

No it's not working. I cheking all tables, but there was not any diference which allow me made a changes. sadly.

I don't have ever uninstall the poll component to know if the table will be deleted with the uninstall procedure.

But you have to be experience on phpmyadmin & mysql to locate the difference and to manage the lost tables.

Try to upload the com_poll files without to modify the database.

Yes it's working now...

But what about module  ::)  :'(  :'( looks like i uninstalled this module too... sorry.

I uploaded this module to elxis/module folder like component, but...  :-[

Please help stupid user....

Extract the content of the zip into:

root_folder_to_exlis/modules/

And let me if works.

Hi!!!

Sorry for delay.

Today uploaded module inside elxis, but it's was enought. Module was not in Site module list. I checked out database for site and found that this module was not in databesa. I copied from another site DB records into DB and everything now is fine.

Poll will be changed in the next version. You will be able to switch ajax on/off.
