Title: [SOLVED] I get errors after giving up my SQL info !

I get the below errors after being inserted the SQL database details :

Hi,

Don't worry, I've seen these errors before... usually it's something too simple to think of...

Check user permissions for the database user. Are you using FTP function? Have you checked read/write permissions on the folder specified in the first step?
