Title: I move my website from Hostgator to another hosting but I got problem.

Dear all,

I move my hosting from hostgator, I move everything (files and database). But I got this when I access my website:


Looks like there’s a problem with this site

https://ksmtour.com/ might have a temporary problem or it could have moved.

Error code: 500 Internal Server Error

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

Please help me the steps how to move hosting safely.

I see it works but takes too long to open the pages. You must check the logs to find out what causes the problem. Most probably you use outdated software with newest php version. Or maybe the site tries to send email but you have wrong email settings and halts there. Inspect the logs!

Thanks a lot Datahell, I will check the log. I set the nameservers back to Hostgator and the web is okay. Now, I will try to set the nameservers to the new hosting.
