Title: youtube mambot

hi im new to elxis cms,
ive tried installing the youtube mambot
it shows as installed and is also published ,but will not function using the

Code: [Select]

{youtube}video_id{/youtube} as described in the file

am i missing something ?

Hi free,

only you have to do is to put the code from the youtube video.

ex
if you take this code from youtube :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktKwRaj44eA

the right code is :

{youtube}ktKwRaj44eA{/youtube}

thanks for the reply,

i used {youtube}ktKwRaj44eA{/youtube}  like you suggested,
it would not show the video in a preview window,
it only showed it as text until i saved the posting.

its all fine now thanks for the help.
