Title: Bug in Frontpage Designer or my human error?

Hi there,
I've noticed something strange in an installation of Elxis Version 5.3 Rev2442
I have two modules in the position of 6 and two in the position of 7.
Each time I open the Frontpage Designer, the modules are displayed in the wrong order. Please see attached screenshot. On the live site, the module "Video Challenge" is ABOVE "homepage items" and the module "Latest peer-reviewed journal content" is ABOVE "Join Our Community".
Each time I am in here, I need to correct all of them or when I click SAVE, they are in the wrong order on the live site. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I will check it later and reply you back. However, something you can try: Remove the modules and re-add them, this might solve the problem.
