Δεν λειτουργούν στην Elxis 5.3 Atlas τα Advertising 1.1 component και Advertising 1.3 module την βοήθεια σας παρακαλώ πολύ

Καλημέρα σας,
θα χρειαστεί να επικοινωνήσεις με τον προγραμματιστή των εν λόγω επεκτάσεων σε περίπτωση όπου υπάρχει ενδιαφέρον για αναβάθμισή τους.

Συγνώμη που επεμβαίνω, αλλά γιατί δεν χρησιμοποιείς το mod_ads, το οποίο υπάρχει ήδη στο Elxis ?
Θέλεις να κάνεις κάτι συγκεκριμένο ?

Kαλησπέρα Χρήστο αυτό είναι ? Advertising module 1.3 ? αν είναι αυτό δεν το τρέχει στην τελευταία έκδοση....δεν θέλουμε κάτι ιδιαίτερο απλά βάζουμε banners απο τις εταιρίες που μας βοηθάνε.

Το mod_ads είναι προεκατεστημένη επέκταση τύπου module στο Elxis CMS. Αν πας στα modules στην διαχείριση θα το βρεις.

I tried to play around mod_ads but I can't make it work. It says I need to place the images in media/images/{multisite/}ads/ path where multisite is a keyword for sub-sites.

My settings:
1. Multisite ID - 7
2. Multisite keyword/unique identifier - hobby
3. image location is at media/images/hobby/ads/{image_here.jpg}

Am I doing it wrong?

I tried your recommendation webgift but it didn't work as well.

Based on Elxis documentation, multisite folder should be in siteX format.

So aside from your suggestion, I also tried media/images/site7/ads/

Both of the steps didn't do anything.

After a couple of trial and error,

Here's what I found out.

1. The location should be media/images/site7/ads/sample_image_here.jpg
2. The module will only pick up this location if you are also logged in to the subsite page and not from the main site

Now, it works fine!

For the image location when logged in at the main site should be: media/images/ads/sample_image_here.jpg

There are several components/modules from this developer (Andrej Kambalov) that are not working anymore.
For example: Advertising 1.1, Advertising module 1.3 and FAQ 1.1...
How can I contact contact the developer of these extensions

If you are stuck with those old versions of advertising modules, probably you might consider the pre-installed mod_ads extension.

I have a long time to see Andrej Kambalov active. You can however contact him by sending a personal message to him via the forum. He will get the notification.

I will be sending an email to Andrej Kambalov. This is a very helpful plugin for me.

Planning to modify it as well to only show to articles with specific "relation key" :) Though I do not know how to do it yet :(
