Elxis 5.3 Atlas updated to revision 2451.

Changes/Additions/Fixes

1. ElxisDocument: Fix OpenBaseDir restriction issue on dynamic CSS and JS files
2. Installer.log: Empty/Delete of installer.log file is not allowed anymore
3. Error 404 page: Check if elxisError class exists before logging 404 error
4. Module Ads v2.0: Support for flash (swf) ads stopped. Number of Ads increased from 4 to 8. Improved styling and organization of XML file.
5. Content/Categories: Fix typo error related to category image
6. Standard CSS: Improved styling for left/right medium article image
7. Javascript Scrollbars: Added Overlay Scrollbars instead of Simplebar. Admin template Onyx updated. Added method addScrollbar in elxisDocument class. Modules Admin users, Admin menu and Admin articles were updated.
