Title: Apostrophe issues

Hi Elxis community,

Hope you're all well and safe.
I have issues using apostrophe characters in page titles as follows:

• If I use the apostrophe in my title and click on suggest for the SEO field, I get banned by Elxis Defender. The message on the screen says "Error! Forbidden". Only after I refresh, it sends me to the security message screen explaining I have been banned.
• If I work around the above and still use the apostrophe character in the title, when I examine the front end page the browser tab contains "'" instead of apostrophe.

Any Ideas?
