Hello all,

While implementing the form and testing it on the live server, I received the following error:
Code removed for your security as it contained sensitive data.

Please advise.

Hello,
Please check the SMTP settings under global settings. As the error point us below
it's unable to authenticate this email account.

Reason:
Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username.

//i removed the quoted code in order to avoid spams.

Hello webgift,

You were right, there was an error due to a change in the password.

Thanks for removing the code as well.
