I have this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function PConnect() on a non-object in /var/www/mend0014/includes/Core/database.php on line 160

any idea ? how can I resolve?

The first think that you can do is to change the administration language from the configuration file with FTP or SSH access and set it back to English, so you can work your site.

Reupload the Italian language files.

Also please post here the error from the error log file from your server.

If seems that the italian.php file is missing. Add the missing file from the Italian backend language package.

Notice: you can change language by just adding 'mylang=english' in the url. ie: http://www.mysite.com/administrator/index.php?mylang=english

The Elxis Installation have been ever work before?
If no, re upload the files except the installation folder.
And check the permissions of the folder & files.

 i have ri upload folder include, installation , file ...

on the same file server there is another site  whit elxis (is a virtual server) and it perfectly works -- > http://www.ericmendez.eu/miele/ 

the chmod is 777  folder , administrator/componets , backup,language , template ,  components, modules,. media, templates, image. mambots, cache

I think some files are missing. Check first the Elxis Core files. If you can't find the missing files give me FTP access to your site to install you the IVC tool. It will check your whole installation in seconds.
