Title: extra fields in contact form

Hello,
I need some extra, custom fields in contact form, maybe with radio buttons.
Is this possible in elxis?
I been found some extra field feature in admin contact manager,
but they dont have any purpose, and they are not described in help.

Create the contact forms you need with the Facile Forms, you can find the component inside the Elxis Directory.

FacileForms is the right choice.
Please read the installation instructions. They are provided in the form of a PDF file, along with the distribution.

Extra Fields are used during the registration. You may ask users to fill extra info.
