Title: No link for database updates

Hello everybody
I updated the IOSR Hotels from 2.3 to 2.4. There was no link for database updating after opening the adminstration as usually has happened
Is that normal?
The iosr extension shows the correct version 2.4.

This update may be pointed to the file system only. Normally it will be displayed only if it
needs!

Update from v2.3 to v2.4 does not require database update, this is why you didn't see an update db link.
