hi what can update elxis 4.2 from 1644 to 1646?

Update from Elxis 4.2 r1644 to r1646 has these changes:

- Added Dutch language (folder "language/nl/")
- Added support for maxlength attribute in textarea fields in elxisForm library (file "includes/libraries/elxis/form.class.php").

You can get these files from Elxis 4.2 rev1646 release and update your site (also get the version file "includes/version.php").
This update is not a priority update. It is mostly recommended to those want to have Dutch language.
