Title: the problem with a IDN domain

help, it is impossible to launch a website on this domain. http://www.александраправославная.рф/
installation is fine but when opening a website - white sheet
 :'(

These domains have been abandoned, they are bad for many reasons, don't use them.
You can see Elxis error log to find out what causes the problem but I strongly suggest you not to use such domain name.
