Title: redirects to xampp

As title reveals, I'm using xampp. (I understand why its not the very best choice, but for a "rookie" its just fine, I think...). I 've just installed elxis poseidon, when installation finished it makes a sample page associated to the db I made for the installation. After that i didn't make any mod and I shut down everything.
The next day I try to administrate the site, but when I type the url with the administrator, administrator/index.php or anything after the site name, I get redirected to xampp  :o
If I click to Menu Administration it returns "user not found".
Am I doing something wrong?

In WAMP I get 500 internal server er after installation no site displayed

ok, now I feel a little stupid ;D . After a second look in the forum I saw that I had to modify the .htaccess file...
Now its ok with XAMPP, i gues its similar to WAMP.

XAMPP OR WAMP are both fine tools providing all you need to setup and run Elxis on a pc as local installation. As i told you on your 1st post, a lot of your questions you may have at the beginning, you will find inside forum the answers you need with a simple search.
